Special Veteran’s Day Opening on Monday 11/11 at the American Heritage Museum!

Please join the American Heritage Museum in honoring all Veterans on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11 for a special mid-week opening of the museum from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Veterans Ceremony at 11:00am
We will be holding a ceremony in remembrance of all Veterans starting at 11:00am on the museum floor for all who wish to join us. We encourage all to attend. Seating is limited.

What You’ll See

Through educational interpretation and a chronologically arrange series of dioramas and exhibits, the American heritage Museum brings the history of our veterans to life featuring veterans stories, multimedia and military vehicles from WWI through the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Among the staggering variety of rare relics, the American Heritage Museum features over fifteen tanks and artifacts that are the only ones on public display in North America. These include: M1A1 Abrams Tank, T-34 Tank, Kommandogerrat 38 German Rangefinder, Leichter Panzerspähwagen SdKfz 222 Armored Vehicle, Matilda MK.II Tank, Jumbo Sherman Tank, IS-2 Tank, Panzer 1 Tank, SCUD Missile and Launcher, Ho-Ro Tank and many more.

  • All Veterans are admitted FREE on Monday, November 11, 2019 with ID
    (Active Duty ID, Reserves/Guardsman ID, Military Retiree ID, Veterans Affairs ID, DD214 or equivalent Discharge Papers)
  • Adult Admission – $20
  • Senior Admission – $18
  • Children Under 12 Admission – $10
  • Children 3 and Under are free
