In response to the Governor’s State of Emergency declaration regarding COVID-19, large gatherings, and Worcester’s cancellation of the St. Patrick’s Day parade, we are cancelling the “Spring Community Day: Festa Roma” event on Saturday, March 14. Activities and interactive programs designed to bring Roman civilization to life are scheduled throughout the day. Come for part of the day—or stay for the entire event!

Pick up your Odyssey guide at the Membership Table in Lancaster Lobby. Get your guide sheet checked in the galleries and meet cultural ambassadors of the various cultures one might see in Ancient Rome. Return to Lancaster Lobby to complete your quest for a prize!

“From Ancient Goddesses to Christian Saints”.
Explore sacred representations of women through time and place. Beginning in the ancient world and moving through the galleries of China, India, and medieval and Renaissance Europe learn about the powers women possessed and the roles they played in these different societies.
